I've brought a couple of things for my granddaughter off this site. Everything has arrived very quickly and beautifully wrapped. Recently we brought her first pair of shoes with lockdown there is nowhere to go to measure her feet so we did a guess and ordered. The shoes arrived super quick but unfortunately we quessed very wrong. We arranged an exchange and took the shoes back to the post office on Friday I'm over the moon as today is only Tuesday and the exchange has arrived already. No messing around quick and easy exchange things like this give me the confidence to use the company again. Thankyou so much
I wanted to a purchase a nice outfit for my sons first birthday so decided to buy from childrensalon. The outfit was rather pricey but figured it was for a special occasion and it would most likely be of better quality.
The clothing was delivered promptly and arrived in a box lined with tissue paper, a lovely touch. Unfortunately, there was a yellow stain on the shirt, I was beyond angry.
Childrensalon contacted me straight away, apologised profusely and offered to exchange or refund the item. They were prepared to send out a courier the following day to collect the stained clothing and delivery another item of my choosing.
Whilst I was not happy with the product, I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service and how extremely helpful they were. For that reason I'm willing to give childrensalon the benefit of the doubt and give them another go.

Hi. I haven't purchased anything from childrensalon as I am still hesitant with the quality of their products. Can somebody please tell me if they are really selling authentic luxury items or just copy? I also want to know if they also keep the item in its original box or do they transfer it to a box with their label on it? I know a website that is also selling luxury things for kids but they remove it from the original box. I don't think it's fair. I just believe that we will pay for that amount for the designer's brand not the shop's brand.
My trip was canceled try to return my son shirt the tag is still in the clear plastic Just not attach to shirt due to it being pack in the suit case but they said they can not

Terrible customer service.
My package was missing one item.
Never received my item nor my refund.
I made an order with these on the 8th of December! For Christmas presents! When my parcel arrived parts of my parcels was missing! Spoken to them on several occasions who told me they would speak to dpd! It’s been a month now and today I’m told I will not get a refund or a replacement!!! So I paid for items I never received I did report this to the police! And spoken to children Salon today who refuses to take any responsibility and told me to take it up with my bank !!! Worse company ever! Will not be ordering from here agian

I ordered a ‘Hype’ backpack for my teenage niece on Saturday, and received it today (Monday)! Lots of email updates on dispatch etc. I’m in Northern Ireland, and Amazon prime is generally never this quick!! So I’m really impressed as I wasn’t expecting to get it this side of Christmas! And the bag was a really reasonable price compared with other websites. I just want to particularly highlight how beautifully packaged the backpack was and included a little treat bag of haribos.

Used this company many times for grandchildren and friends and family kids and I have to say there absolutely amazing was lucky enough to get invited to vip sale ordered clothing for grandson and new granddaughter due February and was emailed info including delivery times via DPD our parcel was delivered this morning and had a lovely on line chat with Izzy who sorted out a small issue

I returned an item that was really poor quality and it is more than 2 weeks that I am waiting to know if they will gently refund me...
I am from Canada and I paid for shipping and then got a bill from ups for more then the sweater was worth
